Got off to a slow start due to a shipping issue. I was concerned that the live grains would be dead after over 2 weeks in transit but after pampering them for 2 days they are very lively indeed!
Have made some delicious drinks with the kefir grains!

This is a very earthy flavour… definitely not A&W but it does grow on you!

I love the Kefir, the grains are wonderful they start activating the sugar water right away, 24 hrs later I have delicious tasting Kefir water. I like it a bit sweet.

This is a nice sugar, with a nice taste and smell to. Given the price though I'll probably purchase it occasionally, and use some sustainable cain sugar I can get locally cheaper most of the time.
